Day 2 Predictions

James is currently still in class- but that doesn't mean he can't still contribute to the blog.  Here are some of his predictions
  • Temple over ASU- "ASU had a strong finish, but we're going with the hometown fav here"
  • Dayton/ WVU will be close, but WVU wins it, representing Pittsnogle the whole time.
  • Wisconsin over FSU- How do you like that Wade? Oh yeah, and suck it Bowden.

Also, please take time to vote to your right. >>>>>>

Voting ends today!

  1. WVU is pretty good. Their freshmen figured it out towards the end of the season and I think they are a solid sleeper for the tourney.

Wisconsin is brutal, but they play the type of deliberate, plodding style that will frustrate the hell out of FSU, who never met an early shot they didn't like. I still think FSU wins though, I have been forced to watch them several times this year and they are shhheeeort and smathletic. Also, Toney, Toni Tonee Douglas is possibly one of the top 5 players in college bball.

  2. I'm sorry Lucas that you've had the "fortune" to watch FSU so many times this year. That said, they were impressive in the ACC tournament.

And I agree with you on the WVU freshmen. Ebanks had such a great Big East tournament that he might just get a little to excited and jump to the NBA draft.

  3. Yeah, if they make a decent run and he has good games I could definitely see him trying to strike while the iron is hot. Kevin Jones really came on at the end of the year too which gives them another gear beyond Butler, Ruoff, etc.

  4. PS Is everyone except James rooting for the NDState upset considering that Gus Johnson is calling the game? Rise and FIRE!!!!

  5. The Wisconsin/FSU game should hopefully be interesting for the entertainment factor alone--slow and plodding vs. up and down. Remember MSU/Wisconsin in the final four back in 1999 (or 2000)? I'll never have that three hours of my life back....
