Upsets in the making....

Clemson down in the 2nd half with Michigan runnin' (time for a T.O.!!!), American up 10 at the half, and Akron hanging tough with Gonzaga (in what is essentially a home game for the Zags)....

who pulls off the next upset of the tourney?

  1. Will American keep shooting like this? Can't see it, but they have a big lead so it could hold. Maybe Scottie Reynolds would like to play some basketball tonight?

  2. Also, I can't say that a 10 over 7 is much of an upset if Mich wins.

  3. Agreed--10/7 isn't much of an upset, but American is still shooting the lights out, so we may see a big one tonight...

  4. you mention homecourt and forget to talk about Nova?

They usually play at least half of their home games on this court.

  5. I mentioned this game as a home game for Nova in the "America, F**k yea" post. Step up your blog-reading game, heater!!! This year, they actually only played 2 games here (I think) so they could comply with the NCAA regional stipulations (it has something to do with playing 3 or fewer games, and something else....)

  6. My fault, sorry bout that.

yeah, you can't play more than three games on a court and play the tourney there.

This just shows i'm trying to do too much work right now.

  7. work!?! I'm disappointed, Heater.

How about we plan a Big East 2010 Tourney weekend in NYC next year?

  8. I'd like to agree with James here, and push for a Big East 2010 Tourney Week. Do it Do it.
